All caps and italics are both perfectly acceptable ways to write show titles. Check your Strunk and White.

No, he isn't. He had never even visited New Orleans before the 90s.
He's from West Virginia. He did buy a house in New Orleans after Katrina, and is first and foremost a musician. He came into acting sideways. I am sure he'll keep acting as long as he can (or wants to), but his first love is music. Eventually, he will probably retire there.
