Broadway New York had a recent poll, and asked what Disney should come to the stage. 47% of people voted "Monster's Inc." should, with the next being "Mulan" at only 11%. What do you guys think of this? Can any of you guys imagine "Monster's Inc." on stage?

I think Monsters Inc. would be pretty stupid on-stage, although they did do an on ice version.
I would love to see Mulan on stage though.

To be completely honest, I think Hercules is the ONLY Disney movie that could totally blow most everything on broadway currently out of the water.
It's just a very "stagey" animated movie.

Last time I was in California Adventures they had a stage version of Aladdin playing at their theater, although I didn't get the chance to see it.

Posted: 3/30/06 at 9:55pmI think Hercules and Aladdin would translate very well to the stage. Monsters Inc. would look kinda weird on stage. I think Mulan would also work well. Lea Salonga would be great in the role of Mulan.
