yeah, DEF Coffee and Rising Up from SWIWS. They're incredible.

aaand Left Behind and Those You've Known from Spring Awakening. Actually- Song of Purple Summer too. The whole ending is just... oy. But I love that, as incredibly sad as it is, it still kind of ends off with a little bit of hope.

I'm sorry, but...I am really emotionally satisfied by the Finale of "The Phantom of the Opera". It's like 12 minutes long, and it gets me every time...

"Something Wonderful," "Fable," "The Music and the Mirror," and quite a lot of what Sondheim has written. Off the top of my head, "Being Alive," "I Remember," "Move On," and "We Have Never Belonged Together."

Angela Lansberry seemed to know that Mrs. Lovett was being more serious here than the lyrics imply. And for me this part of the song has always been moving.
