yeah, DEF Coffee and Rising Up from SWIWS. They're incredible.
aaand Left Behind and Those You've Known from Spring Awakening. Actually- Song of Purple Summer too. The whole ending is just... oy. But I love that, as incredibly sad as it is, it still kind of ends off with a little bit of hope.

ooh, shiver moments:
louder than words (tick tick...BOOM)- whoever said the harmony thing, yes yes yes!
actually its nearly always harmony things for me!
so in that stead - song of purple summer (faints)
cover you (reprise), seasons of love - there's a reason its overdone! - Rent
one day more - orchestral opening always gets me teary!
agreed, most of L5Y!, particularly see i'm smiling, if i didn't believe in you and nobody needs to know, you'll only need to play me some JRB-esque chords and i quake
no good deed (wicked) - talk about catharsis
being alive (company)
my brother lived in san fransisco (elegies for...) - its that "and i thought he would be there...."
apology to a cow (batboy)
on the willows (godspell) - see its the harmony thing. cried like a baby every night i performed in this show, but i was about 13!

I'm sorry, but...I am really emotionally satisfied by the Finale of "The Phantom of the Opera". It's like 12 minutes long, and it gets me every time...
Please, anti-phans, don't shoot me!

"Oh pity, a woman alone, with limited means, and the worst pies in London. Ah...sir, times is hard, times is hard."
Angela Lansberry seemed to know that Mrs. Lovett was being more serious here than the lyrics imply. And for me this part of the song has always been moving.

I definitely second "Fable" and "Being Alive".
I also really like "Vivez!" as a quick pick-me-up :)

BEING ALIVE is a big one for me.
It's almost autobiographical for me.
