Phantom OR Wicked.

Though I actually don't have any aching desire to see either one.

But I probably will, since they are both coming to Pittsburgh this winter.

I took "popular" to mean something that most of the posters here, or most theatre fans in general, are familiar with. Not necessarily the "longest running" or "most acclaimed," but something that "everyone else" seems to know, but I don't. Hence, for me it was "Rent."

"At the opening night party, they had clowns on stilts, jugglers, a chocolate fountain, popcorn, hot dogs. [My son] looked at me like I had been holding back. Like, 'This is what you do?' I had to tell him, 'No, no, darling. Opening nights don't usually look like this.' It's usually a dark bar with a bottle of vodka." ?Chitty Chitty Bang Bang's Jan Maxwell plus i proudly share the title of the shortest member over the age of 10 with wickedrentq!

Les Mis. I have the OCR and know every note. It turned me on to musical theatre, but I have never seen it.

Pretty pretty please don't you ever ever feel like you're less than f**ckin' perfect!

I haven't seen The Lion King, yet. Or Mamma Mia.

As for this season, I haven't seen Piazza yet.

And as for the canon, I have never seen a production of Dreamgirls and have only seen the movie versions of WSS, Fiddler, Mame, and prob too many others.

CATS (Saw it on DVD not live)
La Cage
Sunday In The Park.. (I could kick myself)

More recently -
Mamma Mia (Plan to never see it. Gave my comps away here in Denver and took some kids to see A Christmas Carol instead.)

Boy From Oz (Just didn't like the OBCR so I skipped it)

Just give the world Love. - S. Wonder

Les Miz and Gypsy. Never seen either of them live. Song music from them, but that's the extent of it.

Sorry! "Song" in my post, should, of course, be "Sung." Having an attack of fumbling fingers today.

I've never seen:

Wicked
Mamma Mia
Movin' Out

I have never seen Mamma Mia. I have absolutely no desire to, ever, unless I have a sex change and become a woman on a hen night (I'm hoping this isn't just an English phrase).
