Anyone know the word?
Had 2nd row tickets visiting from LA and got the email at 12:30 saying there was “a company illness.”
We saw Tommy instead. C+. Not as energetic or star-making as the ‘93 version but the music still soars and the choreography was good. It’s great to be back in NYC! It’s the best … but what a bummer today!
Get well soon Jessica, Celia or Jim!!!!
Full cast on tonight! *wipes forehead*
Does anyone have any tea on what’s going on? With all three leads on tonight, do we think Jessica is maybe under the weather and isn’t doing matinees? I have a ticket to the matinee on Saturday I could change, I just need notice.

Agree. I have tickets to next Saturday's matinee and do we know if Jessica is still doing them?

I was at the May 4 matinee and Jessica was on.
Did anyone see Tasha Lawrence as Phyllis?

Really not sure why they aren't putting on understudies, if I was visiting from out of town and the choice was to see it with only two of the three or not see it at all, I would rather see it with two out of three names

Jessica was clearly getting over something. There were many times she would break into a coughing fit, one time in particular she was coughing for a good 30 seconds, had to breathe and compose herself and move on.
I just spoke with 2ST customer service about a possible exchange, and they ensured me Jessica is feeling a lot better and should be on all shows this weekend. You never know until you get there and she’s onstage, but that’s slightly reassuring.

She was in last night (Thursday) and in great form.
