I doubt it as it is sadly not doing much business.

No, but they offer rush and it hasn't selling particularly well, so I can't imagine you wouldn't be able to get them.

Even if it was doing much better, I don't recall the Golden having a view from the back of the Orchestra so I don't believe they ever do SRO. But I may be wrong.

Words don't deserve that kind of malarkey. They're innocent, neutral, precise, standing for this, describing that, meaning the other, so if you look after them you can build bridges across incomprehension and chaos. But when they get their corners knocked off, they're no good anymore…I don't think writers are sacred, but words are. They deserve respect. If you get the right ones in the right order, you can nudge the world a little.

I think you can buy balcony seats for $37. Check out the shows website. There is a discount code. Just take the code to the box office and at least you would be able to sit, for about the same price as SRO!

That was cruel. True but still cruel

Wonder how long after the Tonys the closing notice will go up. Still trying to find out why they extended.

Yeah, the Golden isn't configured in a way to allow SRO.

"Still trying to find out why they extended."

I imagine to stay open through all of the tourists in town for gay pride?

I was there yesterday for the matinee and the orchestra was full. We were just under the overhang, but I can imagine from the the flow into the theater that the mezz was probably not full at all. Buy a cheap rear mezz seat...you will probably be able to move down. While flawed, I really enjoyed the show. There is some good acting going on there at the Golden (even though Weller's voice drove me nuts).

I enjoyed it - Tyne Daly is always worth seeing - and it was fairly busy in the orchestra on a Sat evening. I have to say I really didn't care for the performance of the actor playing the partner of the deceased son but I still enjoyed the play.
