Hi!

My family will visit me for a few days in August/September (probably around Labor Day). They love Motown music, so I want to treat them with tickets to the musical. Are there currently discount codes available (for probably 4 or 5 people)? If you know of any, please let me know. Thanks so much! :)

If they love Motown music, why do they want to see the show. It was awful. The only good part was the Jackson 5 medley. The rest of the show was so boring and just plain not good.

And yet, its pleasing audiences left and right. LOTS of people like shows that aren't actually any good.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

I've said before and I'll say it again, Motown is simply the new Mamma Mia! Both are crap on paper, but some how audiences love them.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Thanks.

I'm aware of the reviews. They will enjoy it...as do most people.

It is a really fun show, a bad production, but a really fun show. If they like Motown, they will love the show. No discounts I can find.

The $30 Sro tickets are worth it (you can dance along with the show) but I NEVER wouldve paid more than that
