It doesn’t appear that the very large sign atop the building has been put up yet. I do hope they do something other than just the name, like a windmill, or anything that would be eye-catching from a distance.

Not yet and I totally agree that they should do something like a windmill on top center of marquee similar what they did for Into the Woods with the giants foot!

I walked by the theater and saw that they were doing work and peeked inside... it appears they've completely gutted the orchestra level (likely the mezz as well) and are renovating/redoing a lot for this production. Can't wait to see what it looks like!
