I think Cats, Hello, Dolly!, and Falsettos are the three only currently confirmed ones, with Miss Saigon looking extremely likely, too.
Other ones to be on the lookout for: The Wiz, Smokey Joe’s Café, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, Singin’ in the Rain

^i think its the other way around. Though we still don't have a theatre announced for either show.

Miss Saigon was announced for a Shubert theater, but that's all. It won't take a space under 1400 seats, the Shubert and Imperial are already occupied for the coming season, and Phantom ain't going anyone, leaving only the Winter Garden and Broadway. The Broadway seems like the most likely choice, especially with that being the venue of Miss Saigon's original broadway run, and the WG stage seems way too wide for the show.

I feel like American in Paris will close.. Singing in the Rain would be a natural transition into the Palace

As of now, Cats and Falsettos are currently running. Hello, Dolly!, Miss Saigon, and Sunset Boulevard are coming in the spring.
