The first one that came to mind just from reading the title of the thread is "A Call from the Vatican," easily one of my all-time favorite showtunes and definitely my favorite seduction song. I too love them, ljay! This thread's great.
"I'd Be Surprisingly Good for You" and "Whatever Lola Wants" are my other favorites. And while not a seduction song per se "A Little Brains, A Little Talent" could somewhat work as a seduction song, I believe.

It warms my frigid heart to see all the WITCHES love in this thread.
Three of the greatest seduction songs I know of are present in Dempsey/Rowe's OTHER brilliant score, THE FIX.
"Lonely Is A Two Way Street" - seduction
"Alleluia" - seduction into sex and coke
"Mistress of Deception" - seduction into sex, heroin and death
That role is FIERCE and Kryten Cummings and Natalie Toro BOTH made SCINTILLATINGLY sexy and sonorous seducers.

Umm, you don't have to be a non-virgin to know what seduction is or sounds like. Like PGenre said, I don't think you can disagree with a fact.
"Light My Candle" is flirting, "Out Tonight" is semi-seduction but not at the level of some of the better seduction songs mentioned on the thread.

I guess I'm going back a ways, but I've always thought that "Lazy Afternoon" from "The Golden Apple" is one of the most seductive of all songs, theatre or otherwise. Oh yeah, and "The Friendliest Thing" from "What Makes Sammy Run?"
