Grand Hotel

The only review I had read was John Simon's less than favorable one. A friend's sister worked for Joe Papp at the time and got us house seats, so I was game. Ended up being completely blown away by it, the cast, the music, the story, the directon/choreography. The two hours flew by and I was left in my seat completely stunned.

Brooklyn. After all the trash talk on this board I was expecting the worst. I loved it.

Honestly, Spamalot. I ususually hate or dislike overly-hyped shows (i.e. "Wicked" and "The Producers") but I loved "Spamalot".

A little swash, a bit of buckle - you'll love it more than bread.
