I'm looking for a musical theatre song that would happen in an old schoolhouse? 

Kind of like OPEN THE WINDOW from Anne of Green Gables.

"Getting to Know You" from King and I. There are also a few songs in Spring Awakening set in a schoolhouse.

I know you're asking for musical theatre, but when you said "songs that take place in an old schoolhouse" by first thought was "Langtree's Lament" from the miniseries "Over the Garden Wall"

It’s not exactly an “old schoolhouse” per say, but a number of songs from Matilda take place in a school.
