This kind of thing is the least of MTI's concerns and you aren't even sure of his age so leave it alone.

I didn’t even audition for the same role as him, don’t label me as “salty” or “jealous”. I got cast as ensemble (which I am fine with), but this is not the point. What if he is 26? How will MTI and/or the community theatre deal with this? Will they get suspended? This is not a post to throw shots at me for being “jealous”.
Yet you are the one saying “salty” and “jealous,” two words that never came out or my mouth. (Or..fingers). There are bigger issues in the world than someone who may or not be 18 ina school edition of a show.
What will happen? Absolutely nothing. How would MTI even know?
As you said, you don't know how old he is, so why make waves? Are you going to card him? Ask for his birth certificate?
I was in an MTI school edition production once and apparently MTI did threaten to pull the rights from us if the director didn't replace the over age cast members. I don't think the OP should go tattling, but it can create issues for the production if someone does let them know and cast members need to be replaced at the last minute. Best thing to do is follow the rules in the first place.

Because I’m certain he’s the same guy I’ve seen in an adult production before, he was like 25. No one knows, but I was considering reporting it myself, to MTI. Wouldn’t it be good for the theatre company?

Right, and this guy didn’t follow the rules in the first place. Why should I wait afterwards, to report him? Wouldn’t they get suspended?
Just let it go. Nothing good can come out of this, plus if he is under 18, and you were wrong, you are going to look really bad.
Suspended from what? They do not regularly check on these things. And, as you said, hes3 given them as date of birth claiming hes 18.
I have students that look like they're 25.. doesnt mean they are.
However, if you MUST do sonething, start with th our director/ producers to discudd your concern.

He put down on the audition form that his DOB is of age 18. The website said “18 and under, NO exceptions”. That’s what I’m afraid of. Let’s say they finish the run of the show, and then they find out afterwards that he is 25+, wouldn’t they get in trouble? Or have their license suspended, etc.?
I doubt they’d do anything if they find out after the fact. Maybe a fine at the most? If you absolutely must, I’d follow dramamama’s advice and contact the director and bring it up with them. Still seems unnecessary. I’d be more insensed if they were cutting or adding scenes and songs without permission from the authors.

Just don't. No body would like you if you did that. Would come off as rude to company and people would get irritated. Don't stir the pot of your theatre company.
