I think it could be way worse. It's a little boring, sure, but it's not hideous or anything.

The Walter Kerr's Marquee layouts are always weird...I would like to see the theatre as a whole.

Notice how they took Alexander Hanson's name off for the marquee, lol.

Ahh, thanks.
I kind of like, though that moon made me immediately think of Crazy For You.

Do we know who's playing Fredrika yet?

Frederika will be cast very soon. They had to wait for Nunn to get back from London (he arrived today) to choose his Frederika.

Maybe they will actually open up some tickets to the show now (I'm still only getting the last two rows of the orchestra for every single performance in January).

Wow, they really took no-name to a new level by taking off the name of the British stage actor they decided to cast as Fredrick. What a shame.
Twitter is obnoxious in itself, so not surprised that the NIGHT MUSIC "twits" are what they are.
The artwork doesn't completely work for me, but I don't think it's particularly bad, just terribly bland.

I imagine those "Hallmark Glamour Shots" will be replaced with production stills eventually. Don't you think?

Logo looks pretty. Those pictures of Catherine and Angela are... wow.

I don't understand all the hate for the artwork. I think it's charming. I will admit that those pictures of Zeta-Jones and Lansbury are not the best, but I agree that they will probably be replaced with production stills eventually.

Of course you all hate it. It wouldn't be Broadwayworld without someone moaning about something. But of course if you knew anything about Broadway, you would know that is just preliminary artwork to fill the frames because the box office is opening. Almost every show changes the art once the show is either up and running or after the opening to take advantage of the reviews. Do you think "Hairspray" had that giant can hanging on the front of house at previews? Some shows like "Taboo" have completely new marquees produced. Relax the pretty picture of the cast in costume are coming.

I think with something this classic, the name of the show and the names of the actors, speak for themselves. It's all you need - less is more.
Non-theatre goers will go simply because it's CZJ & AL. Theatre goers will go because of the show and CZJ & AL.
