I thought it was supposed to be CMIYC but then I started reading threads about a possible Adam's Family role. I know he's been involved in workshops for Catch me from the beginning. Anyone have any inside info??
The Adams Family. Well he has been workshopping it. Also starring Bebe Neuwirth.
I remembered a thread on this, went to look it up, and saw that YOU posted it!

In the role of Gomez??
Yes. It's Gomez.
And why are you stalking Nathan once a month?
Just looking for updates on news. Sorry, I like Nathan. Is that so wrongggg??
Yes, why couldn't you bump your thread from last month on the same topic?
That's correct, memory lapse. I forgot I posted on this topic before. Next time I will search and bump as instructed. Thank you for your precious time. I love being called out and scolded by someone hiding behind a computer.

Would you like ljay o scold you in person? Would that make you feel better? just give us your address.
Yeah, I would like that. Why don't you come with him?? I'll meet you both in front of whatever theatre The Adams Family will be playing at on opening night. Oops, I forgot to search that topic before I posted. Now I'm really going to hear it!!

Also, you should learn how to spell "Addams."
Two "D"s.
I'll scold you about that when we meet. How about the Applebee's.
Applebees??? No way. I could never meet two such perfect people in such an imperfect setting. How about the hot dog cart?
Not sure about the timeline for his musical projects, but Nathan will be popping up before the end of this season in a revival of a classic of 20th century theatre.
FFS he/she posted a theatre related question on a theatre related site, give the person a break
I heard he was being considered for Grandma Turnblad in Hairspray II.
I guess we were all wrong. According to the Post, he will be in a revival for "Godot" next April. Plus he is being inducted into the Theatre Hall of Fame in January. Great job Nathan!!
Well, I wasn't wrong.
Sorry.....you did have it right!!! I guess we were so caught up on not starting new threads that I missed it. Thanks...Any info on why they chose Studio 54 for this play? I would think a smaller theatre would be a better setting. Perhaps for Tony consideration??
Well, definitely for Tony consideration. Right now, prior to the opening of Henry Miller's Theatre, Roundabout has two Broadway stages. They tend to do pretty straightforward revivals at the American Airlines and their grubbier or edgier works at Studio 54. Touch of the Poet and Streetcar were not ideal fits for Studio 54, but the decayed interior of Studio 54 should serve Waiting for Godot well.
Sounds like it might be the perfect vehicle for Nathan and I'm sure he'll be fantastic in it. Although I enjoyed "The Odd Couple", "Butley" and "November" very much, I think none of the material measured up to his talent. "Waiting for Godot" might be THE one.

"Sorry, I like Nathan. Is that so wrongggg??"
Is that an attempt to be like Jon Lovitz when he impersonated Harvey Firestein?

Wasn't he rumored for Edna in Hairspray a few months back? I seem to remember that.
