The head of the community theatre where I act is having two classes next year that they need help naming that would be like a parody to broadway. The first is a musical theatre class where they will be learning forbidden broadway songs and so far we have the names "Fiddler on the spoof" and "West(ern springs) side story"(western springs IL. is where the theatre is located). And then the second class is a class where the entire semester we'll learn about matilda the musical and then at the end of the semester we'll go to chicago to see matilda and so far we have "the trunch is coming". And the head of my theatre wants to make sure that the titles will be familiar with people who don't know broadway.
Thanks for the help!

I'm still trying to figure out how Matilda can be stretched out for multiple classes.

"I'm still trying to figure out how Matilda can be stretched out for multiple classes."
I'm not sure either.

I'm trying to understand why you need clever names for the classes -
Why not simply "Matilda" and "Forbidden Broadway"? - I don't think cute or clever names are going to help draw people in. It's the description of the content of the classes which will attract people.

For the Matilda class, what about:
- Crunchem Hall College (after the name of Matilda's school)
- Chokey 101
- Matilda's Guide to Being a Little Bit Naughty

Just wondering: what did the classes end up being called?
