Okay, since I dont watch commercial TV, I had to go on YouTube to find it (where I found it preceded by a 1:30 commercial). Love how she gives her hair a yank at the :15 mark — always good to know your shampoo makes your hair ready as handlebars...

We get it. You hate her. There are hundreds of commercials which drive some of us crazy -- of course they are repeated over and over. That's how commercials work. Your hating her has nothing to do with the fact she's doing a shampoo commercial. Get over it.

I must confess I really dont know who she is, to be honest. But the whole series of commercials from L'Oreal have been spectacularly annoying for some years now: choppy, trendy editing, strange art direction (the moment when she's walking towards us from a corner), and the in general, over-the-top "selling". They amaze me with how unstubtle and yet how vacuous they can all be.

But then, remember: we're all worth it.
