I did not have the ADA filter selected but now that Im looking at my ticket it says Wheelchair Accessible and dont recall being informed about this prior to making the purchase . I already contacted both SeatGeek and Jujamcyn Customer Service
Does anyone have any guidance on how this type of situation plays out? Will I have to return the ticket?
If you are not disabled, it's against the law. But, it's clearly a mistake so they'll most likely just cancel your ticket.

It was best that you started your conversation today. Had it been the night of your show, they could have easily denied you access, after determining no wheelchair disability and not issued you a refund. I have witnessed this multiple times over the years, when volunteering at various venues.

That's not exactly true. There are 3 circumstances during which theatres can sell non-ADA customers ADA seats: 1) All non-ADA seats have been sold (i.e., a sold out performance); 2) the seating section containing any number of ADA seats is sold out of non-ADA seats; or 3) the price section that includes both ADA and non-ADA seats is sold out. The latter 2 are not reliant on a sold-out performance.
It should be noted that the ADA has very specific requirements as to what an ADA seat actually is, and aisle seats with retractable armrests don't qualify (unless they meet other conditions as defined).
It's possible the seats the OP purchased met one of the three conditions.

They will likely let you keep it if it's a transfer or companion seat. Or they'll offer you an exchange. Did a paragraph pop up asking you to agree that you were disabled? If not, I wouldn't worry about it.
They had issues getting accessible seating posted. The site said you could buy accessible wheelchair seating online but that impaired vision and impaired hearing seat requests had to go through Jujamcyn. I received an email around 1:30p stating vision and hearing impaired seats would not go through Jujam as had been posted but would be available at 3:30p along with wheelchair seating.
That did happen at 3:30p, but not all the shows had all three types when it posted. I think SeatGeek/Jujamcyn are still working out the kinks with this ticketing agency. I've also seen companion seats for sale even though the wheelchair seat had already been sold.
