Jan Maxwell...how do I begin to describe Jan Maxwell?
Jan Maxwell is flawless.
I hear her Tonys bag is insured for $10,000.
One time she punched me in the face...it was awesome.

Posted: 12/18/11 at 4:14pmWhy not, i mean miss maxwell is very talented but she is not the end all, her acting is first rate but her singing voice while pleasant and emotive is nothing terribly special, and suggesting her for such vocally demanding roles as dianna and norma desmond is impratical, jan would blow her voice in a week in those parts.

Jan Maxwell not only invented the Internet, she created all of SimCity one afternoon when she was bored.
On her off day, Jan Maxwell coaches Meryl Streep in Scene Study and Celtic dialects.
Jan Maxwell doesn't change into a leotard to sing "Lucy/Jesse". She puts on a suit to fight crime.
Theatre marquee. Five words. Jan Maxwell IS Nancy Grace.

Not bad, Sean. I'm eager to hear Jan tell herself she's not going!
Unless of course you mean the 1945 Elmer Rice play Dream Girl (or its musical version, Skyscraper, Sammy Cahn/Jimmy Van Heusen, Julie Harris, 5 tony nominations including best musical and best actress, 1965).
If it's a revival of the latter, Jan would be ideal. As long as she were cast as the skyscraper.
