It’s saying the producer is Harry Houdini Broadway LLC. The ensemble roles involve singing but the leads don’t.

But I can't explain the fact that the audition notice seems to suggest a straight play.

The article just says "Broadway-inspired music," so it does not seem like it's an actual musical. Maybe just a play with illusions and songs? So that could be it.
