Frozen
I refuse to get taken in by the hysteria surrounding Frozen. It is another show that belongs in a Disney theme park much like Aladdin.

Frozen doesn't need your support Roxy.
But for me honestly, Finding Neverland. I'm just can't find any reason to go see that show.

Amazing Grace doesn't interest me very much. But that could change over the course of the season.

yeah if people start saying how amazing Amazing Grace is, you're all gonna run to the theatre and see it! As for me, I probably won't see any of the plays announced so far except Sylvia, A View From the Bridge, King Charles III, and possibly China Doll. I will see all the musicals.

Yeah, let me add my voice to the chorus of "I could give three sh*ts about AMAZING GRACE."
It's not that I don't care about it, but because I was very lucky and saw it downtown, I'm not rushing to see HAMITLON or salivating over finding tickets. I cannot wait for the album, though. That I have all intentions of listening to! Hopefully, I'll get a chance to see it when tickets aren't so scarce, though.
FROZEN sort of interests me, but I think the audience might make me want to slit my wrists any night or day of the week. I thought the movie was fun.

Amazing Grace. Usually I enjoy seeing the changes after I've seen the out of town tryout, but this one is a pass.

I personally cant wait to see Amazing Grace, it looks like the sort of show id love.
As far as this season goes, I had no intenetion of seeing Fun Home, An American in Paris or Hand to God. They just didnt seem like the sort of thing id want to see. Clearly i dont have very good taste as they were all nominated, while my favourite show on my last trip was Finding Neverland, which was not lol
I have no intention of seeing The Colour Purple on my next trip either.

I'm confused. You've never seen the movie and the show doesn't yet exist, but you already know you don't like the movie due to its popularity and you already know exactly what the stage production will like? And you bitch about critics automatically dismissing works by Wildhorn simply because of his name?
I really had no interest in Amazing Grace or On Your Feet in Chicago, so I doubt I'd see them in future productions unless I had comps or something. I also couldn't really get enthused by Something Rotten. I may see it on tour, but the Tony performance and the cast recording failed to hold my attention. I can't even remember if I finished listening to the cast recording.
