Although I am sure that Sutton is going to try to rip me a new one, or at least me and anyone else who’s views are different than hers. But, that said, they made the right call:

New York City Ballet Dropped From a Woman’s Photo-Sharing Lawsuit

The suit cited the company, its school and dancers in a case that described “a fraternity-like atmosphere” at the ballet. Her ex-boyfriend remains a defendant.

Main thing to know from article:

”Barring a successful appeal from Ms. Waterbury, the decision means that New York City Ballet, as well as Mr. Ramasar and Mr. Catazaro, has been removed as defendants from the lawsuit.”
