The turnout thus far (between postings and PMs) has been a great deal larger than I expected.
Keep it coming!

I'm just wondering whether you folks who are voting for best and worst actors/replacements/breakthroughs, etc. actually saw the actors in these roles. The reason I'm asking is that I heard lots of first-hand reports that do not square with many of your choices. Or is it that people with strong opinions about policy voted just to 'send a message' to future producers/directors??... I noticed that several of the nominees who were considered crossovers from other media were summarily dissed (like Julia Roberts, Tony Danza, Usher, Constantine Maroulis), though I read many posts of people enjoying them in their roles. Are people just anxious to keep crossovers out?
I am a fan of lots of these shows and the actors in them, but since I did not have the opportunity to see any in person, I will not vote.
ThankstoPhantom

There's one last category I didn't add:
Best Actor Currently on Broadway Who Has Appeared in Disney's On The Record.
Choices:
Ashley Brown (Mary Poppins)
Kaitlin Hopkins (The Grinch)
Meredith Ingelsby (Beauty and the Beast)
Tyler Maynard (Mary Poppins)
Richard Easton (Coast of Utopia)
(Completely subjective, I know, but isn't it all?)

technically, isn't "worst flop" an oxymoron :-P?
i hate the negativity in these awards... maybe it's cuz the categories start out with a lot of negatives
