A Man of No Importance at Classic Stage

Unfortunately, the entire run of Straight Line Crazy is sold out.

I saw Kinky Boots and it is a total joy from start to finish. I adored it.

I really enjoyed Where the Mountain Meets the Sea at MTC, as well as the Public’s revival of Raisin in the Sun.

A Man of No Importance is worth it if you’ve never seen the material performed before; it’s a lovely little musical, but I didn’t like the production or Jim Parsons.

Becky Nurse delayed its previews by a couple weeks, so you might miss it if you’re coming next week.

haven’t seen these yet, but I’m really excited for Bedlam’s productions of Winter’s Tale and Hedda Gabler - I have tix to see them in a couple weeks, and I’m looking forward to it a lot because Bedlam is one of my favorite companies.

Also looking forward to Hound Dog, which I’m seeing at Ars Nova this week.

There’s also a German production of Hamlet playing at BAM for the next 2 weeks - it’s highly acclaimed production by Thomas Ostermeier, which has been around for over a decade. Might be worth checking out if you like that sort of thing, and if you’ve never gotten a chance to see this production.

You Will Get Sick seems to be getting mixed feedback, but a lot of people seem to agree it’s a pretty intriguing and ambitious piece of work.

Only Gold is a fairly high profile production of a new musical, currently playing at MCC, but it seems to have gotten pretty mixed-to-negative responses.

I would recommend Wuthering Heights or A Raisin in the Sun but both are about three hours so you would need to set aside some time for them.

Where the Mountain Meets the Sea was just alright but slow, it's a sweet story but pretty thin- only 80 mins

Titanique is really the best time you can have- I would say go to that one ASAP
