I don't know that there is a rhyme or reason. Some days the front row has it's own premium price of over $650.

That front row mezz seats are the best seats in the house. Definitely house seats released.

Mine too--and has been since 1964. Will be seeing it for the 82st time next week. No bad side-effects from this drug!

Wednesday 10/25 at 2:00 p.m.: Right orchestra T 4, left orchestra T 23, left mezzanine A 7 - $229 each. The mezzanine seat is clearly the best of the lot.

Wednesday 10/25 at 8:00 p.m.: Right orchestra M 26 - $189, right mezzanine J 2 - $229. I haven't seen a $189 seat on there in a few weeks. I'm sure there's some obstruction that far right, but it's still a great deal.

Thursday 10/26: Left orchestra S 23 & 25 - $229

Saturday 10/28 at 8:00 p.m.: Left orchestra S 25 - $229

I checked last week for mezzanine for Donna's 11/4 matinee and 7th row off the aisle came up. Checked again today and there were two front row center mezz seats that popped up. I grabbed one of them with the Playbill discount code!
