What a great show. Tonight was Stephen Colbert and it was hysterical ,the interview part which is usually about 15 minutes went on for almost a half an hour. Great guest !

I know one night (not sure which though) it was Laura Benanti. Posted on Instagram.

I saw the show this past Monday night and the guest was Andy Cohen.
Loved the show - it was non-stop, genuine belly-laughs from the whole audience all night. Very clever (and yet simple, at the same time) humor. Didn't expect to love it as much as I did.

Their Facebook page also posts short video clips of their guests btw.
I was there on 10/12 when Willie Geist was on and it was sweet for them to briefly kinda break character and acknowledge that it was because of their conversation with him at the 92nd St Y that they even considered making a stage show out of their characters.

Not all of them, though.

I was at today's matinee and there was no celebrity guest- they pulled a 14-year old kid from the audience. At first I was mildly disappointed, but they both had so much fun reacting to this kid that I didn't care. The whole show was absolutely hilarious- I didn't know anything going in, but I had a complete blast.

Is the show's guest policy that Sunday matinees do not feature a celebrity guest but rather someone from the audience? Does anyone know?

I saw a Sunday matinee and Jesse Eisenberg was the guest, so maybe it just depends on the day.

I was there tonight via TDF - C 8 in the orchestra. Solid seat, if a little partial view.
Hilarious show! Never found Mulaney funny, but he nails it in this show. Very witty adlibs. Kroll, I think, steals the show. He's just incredible!
Overall a solid show, and great night out!
No guest, they picked an audience member. I think I'll go back closer to the end of their run!

I rushed yesterday's matinee; was approx 17th in what became a humongous line and landed in Orch H 10, slightly partial view but was still able to see the set pieces that figured in visual jokes. A fun afternoon with two very adept comic actors.
"Donald Trump" was the guest star. At first I groaned; I'm so maxed out on such impressions and the whole political circus, but I quickly changed my mind. This impersonator was amazing. He did the most authentic Trump I've ever seen: every movement, inflection, speech pattern, etc. I later learned he's a UCB-based comedian named Anthony Atamanuik. His name should have been announced in the show; I learned it from a fellow audience member who was familiar with his work. His ad libs during the guest segment had Kroll and Mulaney trying to suppress their laughter.

He did just do a tour with another comic, James Adomian, where they had a Trump vs Bernie debate, they even broadcast two of their debates on TruTV.

They have a very explicit policy. They try to get a guest for every show. When it doesn't happen, they use an audience member.
