Old lady usher: which theatre? (Long Day's, Hamilton, Fun Home, S. Rotten)

When I was in New York in April, my first time visit, I was so completely overwhelmed by the city, some parts of it were a complete blur. So I am trying to piece some things together.

In one of the theatres I went to, to see Long Day's Journey, Hamilton, Fun Home and Something Rotten, there was a lovely old lady in the foyer who directed people to their seats from the corner of the foyer where she was residing as if she belonged there. I think she actually did,

I can't remember in which theatre it was, does it sound familiar to anyone here?

I don't think that was her.

I don't mean 'Really Old, like 45', I don't like to say it but I mean old as in geriatric.

I think she probably used to work there and can't stay away, or something. I remember asking the bartender where I could find my seat and he pointed in her direction.

I love Cookie, who works primarily at the Golden but I've seen her at other Shubert Houses. She's wonderful. I always chat with her when I visit.
