Which actors have had one show that opened and closed on Broadway during one season, and later the same season they opened another show?
I think Kelli O'Hara did this with Dracula and Light in the Piazza. Who else?

Could Cynthia Nixon hands down win this one by being in two Broadway shows at the same time?

Jessica Snow-Wilson was in Good Vibrations then replaced Kerry Butler in Little Shop Revival then after that closed a couple of months later she was in The Odd Couple Revival!
Jill Clayburgh was in A NAKED GIRL ON THE APPIAN WAY, then BAREFOOT IN THE PARK.
Didn't Little Shop of Horrors close before Good Vibrations??

Jenn Gambatese was in HAIRSPRAY as Penny then went to ALL SHOOK UP all in one season, I believe. I maybe wrong.

It depends how you're defining season. If you're basing it on Tony eligibility, then no, Little Shop and Good Vibrations were not in the same season. Little Shop was part of the 2004 season, and Good Vibrations was 2005. Good Vibrations didn't even open until a full 6 months after Little Shop closed.
Faith Prince was in "Nick & Nora" and "Guys and Dolls," both from the 1991-1992 Broadway season.
Josie de Guzman was also in both of those shows (though she was replaced in previews during Nick & Nora's lengthy preview period).
I know but she was in them in the same season!
Look at the title of the thread. Isn't that the point?
How was Cynthia Nixon in two at the same time? (Assuming she didn't do like what Charlotte D'Amboise did with Charity and Chicago, or something.) Which two?

She did HURLYBURLY for the first act, REAL THING for one scene, then back to HURLYBURLY.
From a Q/A with Nixon:
Q: I'd love to talk about some of your previous stage work. You've had the opportunity to appear in some incredible plays—like Hurlyburly and The Real Thing at the same time. I can't believe you got to do two such amazing shows at once—running back and forth between theaters.
A: You actually can't do it anymore; there is actually an Equity rule against it. The condition that Equity made at the time was that they would have to hire two understudies so that I wouldn't technically be putting an actor out of work. But even that they finally decided was not good enough.
John Raitt starred in the flop "Magdalena" and "The Pajama Game" in the same season, back in the '50's.

Wow, that had to be hectic (though cool) for Ms Nixon.

I watched the E TRUE HOLLYWOOD STORY on SEX & THE CITY, because I love a good E TRUE HOLLYWOOD STORY, and it was said Cynthia would do ACT 1 of one of the shows then during intermission run to the other show, do ACT 1 there, then run back during intermission of that finish SHOW 1 and then run back for ACT 2 of SHOW 2.

Jessica Snow-Wilson wasn't in THE ODD COUPLE Revival. Jessica Stone was.

During the 1999-2000 season, Blair Brown appeared, in order, in Cabaret, James Joyce's The Dead, and Copenhagen.
Charlotte d'Amboise- Sweet Charity/Chicago
*never mind. the definitions of "season" confused me*

Leah Hocking went from All Shook Up to Hairspray. Plus she did Most Happy Fella at the NYCO and then went into Mamma Mia in June (technically the next season, I know, but all within a year)
OK, as much as I adore Cynthia Nixon, it does seem odd: there was NO other actor who could have taken on one of her concurrent roles? I almost have to agree with Equity's view that she was preventing another actor from finding work. Strange....
