This question is 2 years too late.  All things ON YOUR FEET! related were addressed in 2015.  Not a single question regarding the cast, understudies or even stage door inquiries have been made since then.

You can make your own assessment to your questions.  I'm sure the cast will be happy to see you at the stage door when they exit.

Given the replies so far, I really wish I could give you an answer, but I haven't seen the show. I hope someone provides an actual answer at some point.

I've never seen it, but I follow a friend on Instagram who has seen it about 10 times and loves it. He often posts pics with cast members, so I would think they do stage door.

I've seen the show a few times and it's a very fun and high energy show with a lot of heart to it. I've seen it with both Ana Villafane and Christie Prades as Gloria and both of them are wonderful. Ektor Rivera is not only very easy on the eyes, but has a really wonderful voice and presence as Emilio. The entire cast is wonderful and I can't say in terms of who does and doesn't come out, but they are all really sweet in the experiences I've had with them.

"Anybody that goes to the theater, I think we’re all misfits, so we ended up on stage or in the audience.” --- Patti LuPone.
