Oh, man! These are great! Keep them coming!
I'm scared for Jan. 18th to come ... there's gonna be riots, haha.
either riots or floods from everyone crying so much about it!
I was surprisingly moved by the 1st National Tour that I saw in Seattle.

coolkid,
Thank you for a crash course in "Ticket Purchasing 101"
My life will go on even after SPRING AWAKENING hits the dust.
I never really cared for SA to begin with. I saw it early in its run and thought it was overrated.
I guess once SA closes the only show left for the tween fans will be Wicked! Maybe now people will learn that you can't sustain a show by catering exclusively to the teenage demographic.
By the way, did SA ever recoup its investment?
I am a big fan of SA....but I'm not mourning it's closing. I've seen it more times than I'm proud to admit. I've got a ticket for closing night.
Most of the folks here are just fed up with the OP.
I've given up hope long ago, about coolkid EVER starting ONE thread, that is not utterly USELESS !!!

I saw Spring Awakening. I loved it. I'm sorry it's closing. There'll be other shows.
Yes, SA recouped its investment about eight months into its run. I could be wrong in the time, but it DID recoup.
I'm sad it's closing, but I've made my peace with it. I've seen it 11 times. I have a ticket to the last matinee (didn't get closing night in time) and I'm confident it'll have a very healthy life post-B'way.
