Orch v Mezz for Finding Neverland

Hi! Hoping someone could help me out here. I'm getting tickets for my family for Finding Neverland at the Lunt-Fontanne and my options are either ORCH Row Y in the center or MMEZZ Row D also in the center. I generally want to avoid the Mezzanine and the fact that there are 5 rows of front mezzanine before MMEZZ even starts is making me nervous, but ORCH Y is pretty far back and I really don't like the overhang being so far forward (according to ticketmaster it starts Row M/N). Or in the very unlikely option I can go to the evening instead of matinee, there's also the very front mezzanine versus orchestra M/N, but right up against the wall on the sides. Any help would definitely be appreciated.

The Lunt-Fontanne's mezzanine is the best on Broadway...it is surprisingly close to the stage. I sat in the fifth row over the summer and thought it was excellent. Alternatively, Row Y will be back far.

You don't mention if the family includes children; if so, definitely the mezzanine. Better to look down than have to look around someone's head directly in front of you. The LF orchestra has little to no slope.

Definitely the mezzanine...you will not regret it.

^^

I 100% agree. Plus you'll be able to see the effects (including a really cool thing before the show even starts) better from the mezz.

Sounding like a broken record but the mezz for sure. It's actually one of the better houses with the vast majority of excellent seats all over. But yes good slope upstairs and if you are going with smaller children, they have comfortable cushions to use as booster seats, as opposed to the harder boosters in some other places.

"I agree with the others. I saw the production from 2nd row center mezz last summer and loved it! Got to see everything!
