If your question is about Boston's Emerson Colonial Theatre, it's a beautiful old theatre. I saw the pre-Bway runs of Moulin Rouge and Queen of Versailles there. The theatre is centrally located, just across from the Boston Common. Hotels in that area are super expensive in the summer.

The Emerson Colonial is also right across the street from a cemetery. How fitting. :)

The leg room is pretty rough at the Colonial, and for this show in particular, I would stay as centered as possible if you are able. Lovely old theater.
This doesn't seem to be selling well on Broadway, I think they should have started later in the year, rather than Mid-August.
