PRISCILLA opting to advertise the men now

So advertising what te show is really about is kind of a last resort for them?

Still don't care about this show.

Has Bette Midler's name always been above the title like that? I never noticed it before.

It has been since June.

I gotta give it to them for trying. I personally just loved this show. It was just a lot of fun. Wish it was doing better, but the palace is just too big for a show like this.

the show was DOA anyway. Whoever thought puritan American family Audiences would flock to this show was dead wrong.

Bette's name has not been above the title on the marquee until now.

Considering it's so far down the poster and in such small type I can't see how it's going to help the show. People in front of the theatre last night didn't even notice her name until I pointed it out to them.

It's also interesting that they chose a photo that most people say is "2 boys and some blonde woman." Asked a few what they thought the show was about - "Some mom from the 50's and her 2 sons. The gay one likes Barbie because he's wearing Barbie shorts."

I wish them well, but i think this is a case of - too little, too late. Not the fault of the cast or company, but the producers really screwed this one up.
