Elephant Man?
Water for Elephants?
The first thing I thought of when I saw the image with the ASL sign for love was CHILDREN OF A LESSER GOD, since a Broadway revival with Kenny Leon directing has been rumored for some time. I also wonder if it could be referring to the Deaf West production of SPRING AWAKENING directed by Michael Arden, which has been a big success in LA.
^I thought the same exact thing. Here's hoping for either - great opportunities for the Deaf community!
I would love if it was Deaf West's Spring Awakening!
I thought immediately of Torch Song Trilogy as the first one.

According to the Music Theatre International website, they are doing West Side Story!
Wow! I wouldn't mind seeing a good regional WSS.
I bet that's it- one hand, one heart.
Delicato means delicate, fragile
Could it be Glass Menagerie?
Juno and the Paycock. (weddings...June...Juno) (paycock is the formal phonetic spelling of peacock)
The gazebo could be The Homecoming
and for what it's worth, those guys carrying the table look like they're moving IN, not OUT, as they're carrying it toward the building.
What musicals have a peacock as a symbol?
What about the musical of Juno and the Paycock: Juno?
so we're sure of West Side Story, and Bandstand is a pretty good bet. We still need the holiday show, play, and one more musical.

But moving IN is not a musical.
The plot of Getting the Band Back Together is about a boy who returns to his moms house and reunites his old band. So maybe the moving in picture is Gettin the Band Back Together?
Well, if we're being THAT technical... that's not exactly a picture of a bandstand. That photo crops out the bulk of what seems to be a bandstand/gazebo and is really focused on the "welcome home troops" signage. Just saaaaayin.

OMG! Delicato + Delicate which translates to FRA GEEL LEE! The third show has a LEG LAMP.
It is GROUND BREAKING!
They're really gonna do A Christmas Story? I feel like everybody does that show now
So we have:
Bandstand
A Christmas Story: The Musical
(picture of them moving a desk)
(picture of the wedding with a peacock)
West Side Story
