McGraw-Hill is east of Broadway. It’s on 47th between 7th and 6th. There are no other walk through waterfalls in the area.

You mean like the events they have every single summer, "Broadway in Bryant Park" located (and yes I looked this up) 788 feet from the nearest Broadway theatre...
