Didn’t see where a tribute thread had been created yet. Would love to hear everyone’s favorite performance memories of her:

Think they’ll dim the lights for her?
Think they’ll dim the lights for her?
NO. They should but frankly that Charlotte person only wants people modern audiences will recognize.' To keep it from cheapening the tribute' or some such hoo hah.
Wonderful performer much undervalued. RIP
She was still giving interviews at 100. I hope they dim the lights for her.
If they don’t dim the lights for Ms. Morison, they lose all credibility.
I had no idea she was still alive. If anyone deserves the honor, it's her. She's one of the last remaining stars of that era of Broadway history. How many people alive today can say they worked directly with Cole Porter, Al Jolson, Alfred Drake, Yul Bryner in the original production of King and I, et al.?

103! What a life she's led! I watched some of her interviews in recent years and she was still incredibly sharp!
She was beautiful at 100.

I saw her perform I Hate Men when she was 100 - and she was great. 103 - nothing to be sad about - a great life she had and a very, very long one.
I’m sad to see her go, but I will echo the above comments saying that she lived a long and full life - she will certainly be missed, but passing on at 103 is not a tragedy or something that I will despair over. She made great contributions to the theatre and her performances live on. What a great lady. We were lucky to have her.
Rest In Peace, Ms. Morison. See you on the other side.
Hell of a lady, hell of a career. Had her hand in quite a few iconic shows. RIP!
