Has anyone heard Patti LuPone's duet with Quagmire on the FAMILY GUY - LIVE IN VEGAS cd? I just found out about this CD tonight and read a description and have to get it first thing tomorrow!

its very funny, but the CD overall is dreadful. there's also a great parody of One Boy from Birdie, sung by the resident pervert of Quohag.

I just bought the CD tonight and when I was looking at the booklet in the CD i was like PATTI LuPONE?!?!? I was surprised too. THe song is funny and she is good.

Was the live in vegas thing actually LIVE like the people (voices) of each character or a cartoon with live celebrities incorporated into it?

I'm glad that song was funny. I really can't wait to go out and get this tomorrow, especially to see the bonus DVD w/ Stewie's music video.

speaking as the biggest fan of family guy on here, i can say the cd is not awful. whats funny i got the cd on way to work and put it in not looking at the book, and patti's song came, and i was like wow, they found someone that sounds alot like her was shocked to find out that it was her after all.

I personally love this cd and I was surprised that Patti Lupone is on there. I think all the songs are so well written, especially the All Cartoons are F****** D**** with Jason Alexander and I love the 80's TV theme song medley with Stewie and Brian. I swear every time I hear Seth Macfarlane sing, I just fall in love with him. He has a sexy voice and a sexy smile to go with that. He actually got to study with a 90 year old couple that taught Frank Sinatra! I say buying the cd is worth it, the orchestrations are wonderful in it.

La Vie Boheme - As far as I know the cd was NOT an actual live performance. It was recorded solely to sound like a live show - as sort of a gimmick. I LOVE the cd. And, I think someone already mentioned it but Jason Alexander is also on the cd (in All Cartoons are F**king D*cks). One of my favoriter numbers though, has to be the TV Medley with Stewie and Brian. If you like Family Guy at all this is a DEFINATE MUST HAVE!

yay for inishmore for also having a Fam Guy quote on your signature! re: Patti LuPone on FAMILY GUY CD I wish they would actually animate this with the songs, I think it would be cool. Also, I want Seth Macfarlane to do a broadway show so bad! I think he would be good as Julian Marsch in 42nd Street, The Beast in Beauty and the Beast and so many roles. What roles do you think he could play?
