I like the cast, though unlike nearly everyone am not sold on Harris as Bobby--and agreed with the excitement about Chryssie Whitehead as Kathy meaning surely we'll finally get Tick Tock again (is it too much to hope for Bennett's original?) Just really wish Lonny P wasn't directing this--with each concert I see him do I'm less and less impressed.
If they're using the original orchestrations (with Vocal Minority in the pit I hope) and Tick Tock is it too much to hope that we'll get the original script too? While I actually have grown to like the famous "gay scene" added to the revised script, I admit I like keeping the show in 1970 far more, and even prefer the nastier Joanne of the original.
