Photo Coverage: CURTAINS Holiday Party!

This has got to be one of the most attractive casts on Broadway!

Ward Billeisen is a super hottie!

Happy Holidays, CURTAINS!

The cast gets even more attractive with Aaron Ramey joining the ranks at the end of the month (here with Bridget Berger and Jennifer Dunne).

Is Jim Newman still in the cast?

Yes. He was out for a while with an injury (David Elder replaced him), but has returned.

Newman is a total standout in this show. A real ball of laughs. He has movie star looks, but I hope he sticks with theatre. I can really see him in a leading role.

I saw him in the Off-Broadway jukebox musical ALMOST HEAVEN a couple years ago, before CURTAINS, and his voice was fantastic.

I'm completely enamored by this company. I think they're such a fantastic team.

re: Photo Coverage: CURTAINS Holiday Party!

Ziemba was out when I saw the show (planned vacation) and despite a very good understudy, the role is so tailored for her, she is missed.

re: Photo Coverage: CURTAINS Holiday Party!

Ziemba was out on vacation when I saw it also. And Ms Monk was out. I was told she hurt her knee. I now have to get back and see them both.

re: Photo Coverage: CURTAINS Holiday Party!

I am so in love with this entire cast. They are amazing.

Who doesn't love Karen Ziemba?! She is one of my favorite parts of the show.

I really wanted to see this show and really wanted to see Ms. Ziemba. I knew she was out but I figured I would try to see her when I was in NYC again so I grabbed a ticket.

re: Photo Coverage: CURTAINS Holiday Party!

Each time I've stagedoored, KZ has been chatty and very friendly, but then I find this to be true with this entire cast. The Curtains' performers are some of the friendliest I've had the pleasure to meet. They are truly a charming group.

I really don't think people dislike KZ (in performance). I think people disagree that she's a triple threat, which is utter nonsense (IMO). But not like her - I can't imagine not liking this exceptionally talented lady! re: Photo Coverage: CURTAINS Holiday Party!

re: Photo Coverage: CURTAINS Holiday Party!

Karen willfully posed for a pic with me at the stage door and was SO super nice to me talking for quite some time. i can't believe she still had a breath after the performance she delivers in that show! the woman definitely can dance

Everyone hates Karen Ziemba? That's news to me.

I also thought there was a noticeable lack of Noah.

re: Photo Coverage: CURTAINS Holiday Party!

I have to echo some of the other sentiments in this thread. I love the whole cast of CURTAINS, especially Karen Ziemba. And I definitely think of her as a triple-threat. One of those performers that I'd drop almost anything to go see.

I love Edward but his face looks kinda warped at the chin, but he is still adorable

You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree.

I must say I like Jill Paice better with blonde hair but she still looks great! I hope she gets a bigger part in a show in the near future...
