You must be a member of equity to work at CLO. If they choose to cast you and youre non-union, you automatically recieve an equity contract.
99.9% certain this is the case.

Posted: 1/12/11 at 1:49pmThe Pittsburgh CLO is a professional Equity company. It is preferable if selectees are union affiliated, but not essential. However, Actors’ Equity rules pertaining to use of local jobbers and non-professionals are carefully observed. All selected chorus members must join Actors’ Equity Association. Our agreement with AEA designates the use of non-pro's in small principal roles based on a ratio determined by the number of AEA members hired per show.
