I can see your enthusiasm for theater and thats great, but this place has been around since before you got here and most of the things you ask can be done through searches of threads or google!

There are not 43 Elphabas on this site. There may be that many teens who wish to BE Elphaba, though.
I wasn't saying that you offended anyone, but don't use your age as an excuse for lack of common sense. You've been around long enough to know that you're posting on a message board where most people are fed up with Wicked threads, you should ahve realized it would have been easier to just google it, or PM someone who is usually informed about the particular performer.
