Was offered a ticket to see it but did not go.
I saw the PBS broadcast of the show and was actually surprised at how much I enjoyed it. Put it on just as background stuff since i was doing some paperwork and ended up watching.
No real desire to see it again but for anyone on the fence about seeing, it is an enjoyable evening of music.

Vincentelli for NYT: "If anything, “Rocktopia' will go down as featuring one of the most misguided PowerPoint presentations ever to grace a Broadway stage.
It is kinda unfair to send a theatre critic to review this since it really isn't aimed at most theatre folk, The review does not mention how the audience reacted, I'm sure there are people who really enjoy this kind of stuff.
What kind of critic would you send from the Times instead, to something calling itself a Broadway show?
Poor Elisabeth Vincintelli got both Rocktopia and Home for the Holidays. It's clear both BB and JG were thinking "I'm not touching this".
Aren't they billing this as a concert event on Broadway and not a Broadway show?
A concert on Broadway and a Broadway show are separated (if at all) by a thin line; the Times theatre critics have often reviewed shows that call themselves "concerts," or "special events."
Critics also are invited by the production. Rocktopia could have simply... not invited them.
Good point Kad. I guess they get what they invite. I wonder if the Times Music Critic would have been as harsh?
From what I've seen from the producers of this, they want the prestige of "Broadway" without the commitment.
