On the front page of Broadway World today, the Women Nominees are the focus as the Headline.

Question: Where is Patina Miller (Sister Act)? All the nominees are of the caucasian race. I clicked the webpage and had to scroll down to get to the Sister Act nominees. Then it went back to the primarily caucasian nominees as if to try to appear equal in coverage of ALL nominees.

Makes me wonder. Just makes me wonder. What is the underlying message to the Headline or is it simply an oversight. Just wondering.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Lea Salonga has been on the front page for days. Maybe BWW hates white people and that's why they keep rotating them off quickly while leaving Lea up.

I don't think it's a race issue, but I do think it speaks to how completely unbalanced BWW's photo coverage of events is. Why are there not even pictures of Nina Arianda?

When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain. -Kad

That was a totally random selection of photos by our magic collage-maker program, but appreciate the feedback.

As to anyone not in the photo column, we took all that came to our area at the Tony press event... Not all the nominees were there, and not all of the nominees hit every outlet.
