Ragtime Seating Question

I am looking at purchasing tickets to Ragtime(who isn't?!) and I noticed there's a big price jump between two rows.  (H3111 is $301, where the row behind J311 is only $196).  I was wondering why there is such a big drop in price? I figured I would ask the experts!

I sat in c307 last Wed and it was fantastic. No heads. You could peek into the pit if you wanted but it wasn’t distracting and not too close so stage height was not an issue. Would purchase again at $196 or go with J311.

I sat in N 305 and it was fantastic. Anywhere in section 3 is great.

I sat Center H and it was perfect in terms of sound and site lines. But, that theater is so great because there's truly not a bad seat in the house.
