The performance is tonight! Was anyone here lucky enough to win the lottery for tickets? I entered but haven't heard anything. Notification was at 10 a.m.

I haven't heard anything yet either. I feel like there are very few seats for the lottery, and I'm assuming they got thousands of entries.

Friend of mine emailed the contact for it when the lottery was first announced. The reply said that you would get an email if you get picked or rejected. Still waiting and hoping!
Also haven't heard anything.
Winners will be notified by e-mail on Monday, August 8th at 10:00 am. Winners will have
until 1:00 pm to claim their seats. Location and boarding details will follow with confirmation.

#ragtimeonellis lottery winners have been chosen & notified! REMINDER: if you didn't win, stay tuned for a full ticketed run in 2017!
I tweeted them this morning to ask if the lotto losers would receive an email, and they just responded to me that no, only the winners did...so, guess I officially lost, sigh. But maybe at 1 if some of the winners can't go they'll pick again? *hopes*
Thanks for that info abbagirl. No winner here then either. ![]()
All my theatre whore friends entered and none of us won.
0 for 4 here, too.
Given the size of the venue and that some members of the press got rejected for seats (at least that's what I heard on BroadwayRadio), I imagine there were very few lottery seats given out.
At least now I won't have a conflict when someone in my family wins Hamilton tonight on our collective 600th try. :)
Who knows how many were given out? Could have been very few. Just enough to get people tweeting.

But they just formally annoucnced a ticketed run! Even though I didn't win that makes me extremely happy to hear!
I haven't been up on this thing, how are they going to do a full ticketed run. Still on Ellis Island?
I believe the ticketed run is the run they hope to do in 2017. They have been saying that I believe all along. This is a trial run of the Ellis Island full production they are looking to do next year.

This is a concert presentation of selections from the show. They are experimenting with the space and to see if a site-specific concept would work. I assume they'll have a talkback, survey or some other method of which to collect feedback but I don't definitively know that. It's basically a private reading/workshop; the difference being some press and members of the general public provided access, too. Either way, they intend on doing a fully staged mounting in 2017.

Wait, what? What does that mean? Will it be with this cast? Will it be on Ellis Island? Is it going to be in Long Island? Sag Harbor? Japan? (That is, places I have an equal chance of getting to.)
Well, anyway, I'm glad someone is willing to try again after the last revival didn't have a long run. It's such a great score. I'd like to finally be able to see a staged version of the show.

Are you just joking around or did you really not see my post directly above yours?

Wow. Assuming you are in a position to know, and that number is correct, the production got a lot of publicity and social media buzz just by giving away 18 tickets. Pretty smart!
I hope we find out how it was tonight!

Anyone know if/where you can find full versions of the songs? The clips that were released were amazing - I want to see more!
