When I saw it, Laura Dreyfus was out - and I loved the understudy who went on. I actually preferred her to Laura on the OBC

I saw the show last night and, having seen it in Hartford, I think they have made some major improvements to a show that I thought was already in great shape. As others have said, they have really fleshed out Gleb and Ramin plays him incredibly well. I loved his new song "Still.".

Christy is a star. She is simply breathtaking in this role, and I think she will receive a Tony nom. She SLAYED Journey to the Past. 

I will be there Saturday night! I saw it in Hartford, so I am excited to see what changes they have made. 

Max picked Bandstand over this. My guess now is that this runs much longer - but you have to appreciate his commitment to the piece.

No Max Clayton - I wonder if he is doing Bandstand instead. He understudies Dimitri in the Hartford production.

Valentina - I do not believe for a SECOND that didn't know they were going to replace Jordan. They knew the entire time they were going to go with Morrison - even if they didn't tell Jordan or his agents that. 

rcwr - I agree. I also loved Rearranging the Furniture - but I understand that it didn't really propel the plot forward. I will never get over how they ruined this show. I LOVED it at the ART with Jordan and HATED it in NYC. 

I will never understand why they messed with the beginning of the show so much from its run at the ART - I loved "Better"

Now that The Bandstand seems dead - any chance we could see Laura Osnes as Anna? I think she would be perfect.

I was not impressed with Alistair Brammer on the recording from London. Like...at all...

Because I like him. My opinion. You can disagree. 

I agree that Andy Mientus is not right for this. If it was someone from the Les Mis cast why the delay in announcing it? I am holding out hope it will be someone exciting. Tveit. Jordan. Cott. 

Jordan's role in Supergirl is so small - and they made it work for Laura. I want this to happen so badly, so it may just be wishful thinking on my part...

So curious why we haven't heard about Chris. I hope it means they are working on something big (Tveit or Jordan)

I agree broadwayguy91 Constantine Germanacos was wonderful - I hope he continues with the show. I am looking forward to the full cast announcement. When do tickets go on sale to the general public? My Amex turned into a Visa so I can't get the Amex pre-sale.

I bet they release the casting announcement tomorrow. 

I assume that means the actor who played Gleb is not continuing with the production?

Anyone know when the first preview will be of Anastasia? I am planning a trip to NYC in March.
