Im curious what real story (or part of their life) should be dramatized as a play/musical.
I was watching JUDY and thought it was well done. For film and think Judy garland is a fantastic character for the stage. (Yes I know there are already some shows worked on her). But others to me have kind of fallen flat Donna summer or Cher.
Who would you like to see ( and Im not just talking about a jukebox musical. Im thinking even like Martha Stewarts lead up to court. As a play or Barbara Walters after she left television
JUDY is based on the stage play END OF THE RAINBOW. Yes, it was expanded and reworked for the film JUDY, but that was the foundation for the film.

I was just saying, while doing group Covid testing for an opera I just finished working on, that Mary Mallon/Tyohoid Mary, could be an interesting subject for an opera.

The only Princess Diana story that I actually want to see on stage, about the night Freddie Mercury dressed her in drag and took her to a gay bar.
