re: Really Fun Broadway Songs

I've recently discovered Karen Morrow's rendition of the title song from "I Had A Ball."

It's not a great song, by any means, but it's fun and she just knocks it into the stratosphere. She is one of those performers who had a run of bad luck when it came to picking out shows.

If you don't have it, just go to BlueGobo.com to see her performing it on the Ed Sullivan Show.

A couple of other ones come from "How Now Dow Jones": "Step To The Rear" (also on BlueGobo.com) and "Shakespeare Lied"

Most of Kiss Me, Kate, as well as almost anything from Zanna, Don't! (although that was off-broadway, technically). Oh, and Master of the House from Les Mis is always a good one.

Cages or wings? Which do you prefer? Ask the birds. Fear or love, baby? Don't say the answer Actions speak louder than words. (Tick, Tick... BOOM!)
