Ok peeps...I need your advise. Very special trip for my husbands birthday AND our anniversary so I'm trying to pick the best things for us to see together. Billy Elliott is getting all the buzz on here right now. The only seats I can get for the time we are going to be there are first row of far left Rear Mezz. These tickets are still pretty expensive so I'm trying to decide whether or not to go for it. Will I be able to see from there or is it obstructed? It is FIRST row of the Rear Mezz but it is all the way in the corner so I'm just debating this.
Tell me what you think all you amazing experts!!!

not great but from what I've heard....I'd take it. I'm looking to grab seats at christmas and that's all i"m coming up with: I'm going for it.
I am usually a seat "snob" but I REALLY want to see this.

So much so that when I saw it in London I moved from my front row "rush" seat to a front row mezzanine seat to get a better view of the entire stage.

Posted: 10/19/08 at 8:30pmThanks everybody. I think I'm gonna just go for it. I think I'll regret it even if I'm less than thrilled with being that far back. Plus, I can't afford the Premium tickets so this is my only option! I appreciate everyone's feedback.

I have seen it there, front mezzanine, and 4th row center. All very different experiences, but I dont feel like I missed out with the rear mezz performance... it is interesting to get a fuller view of the stage and be able to focus on the big picture. Sure you cant see facial expressions etc (obviously) but I feel that the dancing/acting is big enough that you really don't miss out.
