I am visiting NY in July and I am seeing West Side Story, Hair and Billy Elliot. I might have time to also see a play, which of the two should I see?

August, August, August, August!!! that shouldn't even be a question.
Reasons was good, it was cute, i enjoyed it. If you had time for both I'd say go for it. But August: Osage County should not be missed, it is absolutely phenomenal.

I've seen both. I think they're both great plays, but if you're only going to see one I'd pick August.

I enjoyed reasons to be pretty, but August is the best theatrical experience I've had in years. I have yet to see it with a friend who doesn't absolutely love it.

Absolutely. The show (unfortunately) hasn't been selling well lately, and I'd be absolutely SHOCKED if there were a day TKTS didn't have tickets.

August without a doubt. People have been saying it's really good lately with Rashad, but I even saw it a few months ago before Morton returned when Estelle Parsons was on as Violet and the show completely blew me away. Oddly enough the three acts fly by so quickly that it leaves you wanting more.
